There’s a link to what I hope is useful information to those that still fall under Article 7M. The application of CURRENT DAY mando is based on something called the “Nominal Day,” which defines how your schedule is to be applied. This means that the company CANNOT assign CURRENT DAY mando to a person who‘s shift begins on the nominal day prior.
